About NAPSA
The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) is a statutory institution established by an Act of Parliament, the National Pension Scheme (NPS) Act Number 40 of 1996, to provide social security to all workers in Zambia, ensuring they live dignified lives post-retirement. It achieves this by collecting member contributions, which are prudently invested in various sectors of the economy for returns and growth of the fund. This ensures the Scheme's sustained ability to pay meaningful benefits to its members. The Authority also plays a critical role in contributing to national economic development through its investments, with digital transformation at the core of its operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery
