Benefits

Benefit Types

NAPSA offers retirement, invalidity, and survivors benefits under both formal and informal sector schemes, with additional benefits like maternity, funeral grants, and insurance tailored to each sector.

Access to Credit

We will partner with a financial institution through an MOU to provide access to credit. T & C will apply

Funeral Grants

Paid to eligible beneficiaries upon the death of a contributing member, or to the member upon a beneficiary’s death

Invalidity Benefits

Paid to members under 60 with certified permanent invalidity, and meet the requirements as prescribed.

Maternity Benefits

Paid to female members with at least 12 contributions in the last 36 months before the birth of a child.

Retirement Benefits

Paid to contributing members that have reached the retirement age (lump-sum or 120 monthly pension).

Survivor Benefits

Paid to eligible relatives (spouses, children, or registered dependants) upon death on the pensioner

Weather Index Insurance

To be provided via MOU with an insurer to cover weather risks, subject to eligibility and T & Cs.
