The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) marked a significant milestone today with the official handover of the first fully serviced plot to Mr Muyunda Kaingu, the inaugural winner of the “Update Your Details and Win a Plot” campaign. The event presided over by Mr Muyangwa Muyangwa, Director General of NAPSA, celebrated both the Authority’s commitment to its members and the ongoing drive to enhance service delivery through accurate member data.

The campaign encourages NAPSA members to update their personal and beneficiary details on the ICARE platform, supporting the Authority’s goal of efficient, zero-day benefits processing and effective communication. As part of NAPSA’s 25th anniversary celebrations, the initiative demonstrates how the organization rewards member engagement and dedication.

During the ceremony, Mr Muyangwa Muyangwa congratulated Mr Kaingu on his win, stating, “Your dedication to updating your personal and beneficiary details on the ICARE platform has earned you this reward. I am confident that this plot will not only provide a solid foundation for your family’s future but also inspire other members to engage with NAPSA and take full advantage of the opportunities we provide.”

In his remarks, Mr Kaingu expressed heartfelt gratitude:

“I am so excited for having won this plot. When I was first called, I thought it was scammers until I checked on the NAPSA and ZNBC Facebook pages. This plot is a game changer for me. I can promise NAPSA that it will be put to good use. I encourage all members to keep their details updated.”

The campaign continues, with two more plots and other prizes still available. NAPSA urges all contributing members to update their details on the ICARE platform and participate in the upcoming draws, with the next winner to be announced just before Christmas.
