NAPSA SHARES FESTIVE GOODWILL WITH RESIDENTS OF MATERO OLD PEOPLE’S HOME
NAPSA shares Festive Goodwill with residents of Matero Old People’s Home
The National Pension Scheme Authority NAPSA today, 24 December 2025, donated assorted items valued at K140,000 to the Matero Old People’s Home in Lusaka as part of its festive season outreach.
Speaking during the handover, NAPSA Director General Mr. Muyangwa Muyangwa said the donation reflected the Authority’s commitment to compassion, community engagement, and care for the elderly.
The donation included 60 blankets, 60 mattresses and essential groceries to support the 43 residents currently accommodated at the home.
Mr. Muyangwa said the gesture was meant to supplement government efforts in caring for older persons and to promote dignity and inclusion.
He commended the management and staff of the home for their dedication and wished the residents a joyful festive season and a prosperous new year.
