ONE FULLY SERVICED PLOT GONE. UPDATE YOUR DETAILS FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN

The National Pension Scheme Authority conducted the first draw and announced the first winner of the “Update your details and Win a Plot” campaign. This campaign is part of the commemoration to mark NAPSA’s 25 years of dedicated service to the people of Zambia.

The lucky winner of the first plot is Mr. Muyunda Kaingu, a civil servant from Kalabo District of Western Province who described his winning a plot in Lusaka as “a huge boost to his family” and he cannot wait to travel to Lusaka and take possession. The announcement was made on Friday 8th November 2025 live on ZNBC TV1 by the NAPSA Acting Director General, Mr. Conrad Sichande.

In the same draw, Mr. Stanley Kapalala from Mazabuka won a five-thousand-kwacha shopping voucher as part of the ongoing campaign rewards.
Speaking during the live draw, Mr. Sichande congratulated the winners and reaffirmed NAPSA’s commitment to rewarding and engaging its members.
“As we celebrate 25 years of service, this campaign not only allows us to appreciate our members but also strengthens our relationship with them by ensuring that their details are up to date. Accurate member information enables us to serve them better and process their benefits more efficiently,'' he said.

The Update Your Details and Win a Plot campaign encourages all contributing members to update their personal and beneficiary details on the iCARE platform. All members of NAPSA who update their details are automatically entered into a draw where they stand a chance to win various prizes, including the grand prize of a fully serviced plot at NAPSA’s Lilayi Estate.

To participate in the campaign, members are encouraged to visit icare.napsa.co.zm and update their details as follows:

  • Members who have already activated their accounts on iCARE should simply log in and ensure that all KYC items are updated and turn green.

  • Those who had previously signed up on eNAPSA but not on iCARE can click “Forgot Password” to reset and activate their accounts before updating their details.

  • New users can click “Register Here,” complete the onboarding process, and update their information once logged in.

The Update Your Details and Win a Plot campaign continues with two more plots and numerous other prizes up for grabs. NAPSA calls on all eligible members to take part for a chance to be among the next winners.
