  1. You will receive a reference number via SMS and email. Once approved, a confirmation message will be sent to your provided contact details.
  1. Yes. Use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page to reset your password.
  1. No. The SSN application via the iCARE platform is completely free of charge.
  1. Log in to your iCARE profile using your ID (Passport or NRC), complete KYC and security questions, and click 'Apply for SSN'. An OTP will be sent and your SSN will be shown on screen and via SMS.
  1. Log into your iCARE profile and go to 'KYC Status' > 'Bank Details' > 'Add Bank Details'. The account must be in your name.
  1. If you're managing NAPSA contributions, you must attach an Employer Account to submit contributions and access reports.
  1. Log in, go to 'KYC Status' > 'Beneficiary Management'. Add, edit, or remove beneficiaries as required.
