Registration

  1. Go to the NAPSA website www.napsa.co.zm.
  2. Under Employer Login, click on Signup and select 'Company NOT registered with NAPSA' option.
  3. Complete the online registration form and submit the application.
  4. When the application is approved by NAPSA, you will receive an SMS with login credentials.
  5. Navigate back to the eNAPSA portal and use the credentials to log in.
  1. Company registration certificate.
  2. Proof of business address.
  3. Contact details of the authorized person.
  1. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
  2. Reset your password using the link provided in the email.
  3. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
