Mr. Matete Sichizya

Mr. Sichizya is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and a Master of Science in Insurance and Pensions Management. He also underwent executive leadership development under a 10-month programme with the University of Oxford, Said Business School, UK.

With over 21 years of diverse industry experience, Mr. Sichizya’s expertise spans across a spectrum of domains, including financial management, pension administration, investment management, risk management and insurance.

Prior to joining NAPSA, he held senior executive positions including roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in leading insurance companies in Zambia where his financial stewardship and business leadership played a crucial role in navigating complex challenges and driving organisational growth and success.
