Mr. Nelson Mwale

Mr. Mwale is a seasoned educator and labour and industrial relations expert with over 15 years’ experience in the labour movement. He is currently the Secretary General of the Federation of Free Trade Unions of Zambia ((FFTUZ). Prior to this, he served as the secretary General of the National Union of Public and Private Educators of Zambia (NUPPEZ) and as Provincial Chairperson of the Professional Teachers Union of Zambia.

Mr. Mwale holds Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Bachelor of Education Degree from the Zambian Open University. He brings to the Board vast experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, conflict resolution.
