Payment Methods
NAPSA runs a decentralized system of processing benefits. In other words, one does not have to travel to Lusaka to receive their payment but can do so at any NAPSA office countrywide. This can also be done through our mobile offices which are hosted by our respective stations in various far-flung areas.
NAPSA has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ZANACO for disbursement of Pension Benefits. This means that those on pension do not need to travel to NAPSA again and again but simply go to the nearest ZANACO Branch to receive their pension. Those found in places where ZANACO does not have branches have been receiving their money through the Post Offices in those areas.
