Mr. Mukuli Sibbuku Chikuba

Mr. Mukuli Sibbuku Chikuba is the Permanent Secretary at the ‎Ministry of Finance and National Planning. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Oxford Brookes University, (UK), and a Masters of Arts Degree in Development Studies from the National Institute for Policy Studies – Tokyo and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Zambia.  He has worked in the Ministry of Finance in various capacities including Director (Economic Management Department), Deputy Director (Macroeconomic Policy), Principal Economist (External Debt Management), and Chief Economist (Macroeconomic Department). Mr. Chikuba is also a member of the Economic Association of Zambia (EAZ).
