 Survivors Lump Benefit

  1. Deceased member should have made 60monthly contributions or
  2. Deceased member should have been in receipt of either a retirement or invalidity pension
  3. Benefits are payable to eligible family dependents’ i.e spouse and children
  4. Survivor’s lump sum is only payable once

What should be submitted at the time of making a claim?

  1. A certified copy of death certificate/Burial permit/Any authentic document
  2. A certified copy of marriage certificate
  3. A certified copy of birth record
